Protein Pumpkin Pie

Tis' the Season, Pumpkin Season!




Everyone is buzzing about everything pumpkin that has finally been reintroduced for the fall season. Coffee, candles and even home decor is already back! We though this was the perfect time to share a fall recipe that is the perfect healthy treat! Enjoy our protein pumpkin pie fueled by Creamy French Vanilla IsaLean®Shake!




Ingredients

  • 3 scoops Creamy French Vanilla IsaLean®Shake

  • 1 15 oz can Pumpkin Puree

  • 1 cup Egg Whites

  • 1/4 cup Almond Milk or Milk of choice

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin pie spice


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees °F

  2. Spray 9-inch pie pan with non-stick spray

  3. Mix together all ingredients until smooth.

  4. Pour batter into pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes.

  5. Lower temperature to 325 °F and bake for another 25 minutes

  6. Let cool before cutting and ENJOY!
