Monday after Madness

How many of you have crazy weekends more often than not?

Birthday Parties, traveling, sporting events, & even house guests.

These blissful distractions tend to lead to irregular diet choices, but THAT'S OKAY!

I'm sure that birthday cake tasted amazing & the cocktails you had with friends helped create amazing conversations & memories. Enjoying life is not a bad thing, living by the 80/20 rule lets us feel good & enjoy things along the way!

But what do you do on Monday? When the craziness is spilling over into the week here are some tips to get you through the start of your week.


1) Hydrate | Drinking water is something you can always do to help flush your body & keep it healthy.


2) List | Write down the things you HAVE to get done & delegate things to other days of the week. Simply writing things down can make you feel much more organized.




3) Prep | So Monday may be a grab & go day, but set the rest of the week up for success by prepping some staple foods. Simply cooking some meat & veggies to use through the week can help you crush any goal!



4) Grace | Give yourself grace. Be patient & do not get overwhelmed. Mindset is key everyday, simply getting through the day is sometimes a big feat. Think positively & always try to better yourself the next day.
